Great spot to have a few beers/cocktails before heading over Comerica for a Tiger game. Met the owner last time we there & we discussed a few of the IPA's he's had on tap over the years - Extremely Personable fellow & the kind of individual who nearly everyone I know enjoys meeting & supporting with our drinking $'s. We were in town visiting family and we stumbled upon this bar while we were checking out the sights. We had a delicious Hawaiian street food lunch and the beer was great!
Love the Park Bar. Great little chill spot, good music & all male bartenders! Drink menu is on the chalk walls. Small food menu but good bar bites. Always head there before a ball game or show. Great craft draft selection & cocktails.
I love this place. It's a great little spot to grab a few beers before seeing a show at the Fox or Fillmore. The bar tenders are always nice and they usually have good music playing. I go here every time I see a show at the Fillmore.
Cool place in the middle of "The District." Offers local tastes, food and beer to the visiting crowds. Can get busy before games, but typically has a place to sit. Beer is delicious and local, and the food is interesting and quality.
Wide, reasonably priced beer selection, cool and attentive staff. Food is currently provided by the adjoining Gogo's, which has a Korean BBQ-leaning bar menu. Good stuff. I also like the circular bar layout.
Always a great beer and liquor selection. Bartenders are always awesome, so don't be afraid to ask them questions. Even when they're busy, service is usually really good. There's an attached restaurant if you want food as well, but I'm evaluating Park Bar on its own merits.
Comfortable neighborhood watering hole. Great selection of craft beer. When the Bucharest Grill moved out, they put in a Hawaiian-style restaurant. Interesting. Pretty good food.
Great fried Cheese and hommus apps + chicken schwarma salad was superb ordered from adjacent Bucharest takeout! Great bar atmosphere and drink selection. Bartenders very gracious and attentive. A bit hard to locate first time there being on motorcycles.
